Returns  Can I return my order? Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order still contains all the matching parts, components and packaging arrived exactly as the product.
  2. Normal processing of the product is evident; breakages due to careless handling are excluded.
  3. Products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
  4. The product was found to be defective upon receipt.
  5. We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.
  6. A return will be processed within 7 business days and will be officially confirmed within this time frame if the conditions are met.

*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged for reasons beyond our control.

How do I return my order?  If your order meets the conditions described above, you must follow these steps to initiate the return process.

  1. Send an email to: Info@aveiromode.com 
  2. Make sure the email contains the following information:
  • Order number
  • Reason for return request
  • Photo of the product in case of breakage
  • Customer's first and last name
  • Customer address

We will then speak to you and provide you with the return address. Never send the return to the sender; we will send you the correct address upon request. As the customer, you are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product.

CANCELLATION CONSTRUCTION

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions if he is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which cannot be attributed primarily to his commercial or professional activity:

A.  CANCELLATION CONDITIONS Right of withdrawal The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods. Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after they are placed. We cannot therefore interrupt the shipping process until delivery and a refund after receipt of the goods is therefore not possible. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (AVEIROMODE) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). The cancellation is complete when we have received the goods. The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.

Transit shipment registration Since our goods are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer, over which we have no influence. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can also inform us of your cancellation in advance. To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of cancellation: If you cancel this contract, we must pay you all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest reimbursement. Standard delivery) that we offer takes place immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract and receipt of the goods.
